We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on:

• Merchandise purchased through our website (unless damaged or defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address].

Include:

• Photos of the shipping box

• Photos of the packaging materials

• Photos of the damaged item

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for replacement or insurance coverage.

If the damage is verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement (when available) or another suitable remedy.
